Swirling clouds tumble as the storm begins to calm, settle, breathe in the moment, and then break through the smooth, light head to the bittersweet reward. Unmistakably GUINNESS® beer, stout, or draught, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop, and every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between. Irish

 yards brawler

Yards Nitro Coffee Brawler

The most approachable of our ales, Brawler is malt forward and delicately hopped for a knockout flavor. Its smooth character, hints of caramel and toast and remarkable drinkability define this ruby-colored brew as a knockout session ale. However, this Brawler is aged with coffee and served on Nitro for a creamier finish.

Nitro Coffee Ale/ 4.3% ABV

 Founders Nitro pale ale

Founder's Nitro Pale Ale

Our dry-hopped Pale Ale takes on a completely different attitude when infused with nitrogen. The medium body and malty sweetness remain strong, with an intensified creaminess that gives the citrus of the Cascade hops a smooth allure all its own.

American Pale Ale/ 5.4% ABV

left hand hard wired

Left Hand Nitro Hard Wired

Innately predisposed to be smooth when Poured Hard, this nitro coffee porter builds a pillowy, toffee-sweet head. Coffee and flavors of caramelized sugar, cacao and hints of blueberry lead to a light, smoky finish.

Nitro Coffee Porter/ 6.0% ABV

founders kbs

Founder's KBS (Kentucky Breakfast Stout)

What we’ve got here is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Makes your taste buds squeal with delight.

Imperial Stout/ 11.8% ABV

 stone dayslayer

Stone & Maine Collaboration DaySlayer IPL

We’ve taken the classic lager recipe and asked Maine and our own Stone brewers to wail, riff, rage, create and destroy until this rock-worthy India Pale Style Lager resulted. Heavily hopped and boldly malted, the encore flavor for DaySlayer is a crisp finish that is deceptively easy to put away and decidedly hard to put down. It’s “just noise and yelling” to some, but poetry to us.

American IPL/ 7.5% ABV

Cape May Bringing Sexy Bock

Traditional German Bock, this big and malty beer aims to bring sexy back to Vienna lagers. Clean and rich, with little to no hop or yeast presence, the complex malt bill is on full display here. A blend of five different grains make up the flavor profile - three different base grains included - to lend a toasty, almost caramel-like nuttiness. Sweet and medium-bodied, this big lager clocks in at 6.9% ABV and goes down smooth due to the cool fermentation temperature and extended lagering times. Originally brewed to help Paulaner monks get through their Lenten fast, we think they’d fast with this bock to bring the sexy back.

Dunkel Bock/ 6.6% ABV

Tuckahoe Quatrain IPA

Juicy and hazy IPA with aromas of orange skittles, watermelon, peach, and resinous pine. Hopped with Warrior, Azacca, El Dorado, and Columbus.

 21st amend hell or high

21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon

Like Lady Liberty, we stand for independence and perseverance. In the pursuit of innovative beer, there is no obstacle too great. No journey too long. No fruit too gigantic. This American wheat beer is brewed with real watermelon, for a flavor that’s surprisingly crisp, dry and refreshing—summer in a can.

 troegs sunshine pils

Troegs Sunshine Pils

Like the rising sun, Sunshine Pils delivers winter, spring, summer and fall. This deceptively complex pilsner is all about the tightrope walk of two-row barley, zesty Saaz hops and lager yeast. It’s a go-to when the sun is shining, and it makes us happy when skies are gray.

German Pilsner/ 4.5% ABV

 miller lite

Miller Lite

100+ years and many celebrated Miller beers later, our pilsner was created with the same strain of yeast brought over from the homeland—blazing the trail for every other beer with "Light" on the label. That's right. We invented light beer.

Pilsner/ 4.2% ABV

 von trapp

Von Trapp Golden Helles Lager

From the German word for “Bright”, our golden lager displays a floral hop aroma with a bready malt balance. Traditional in style, Helles is brewed with pilsner malt to produce a dry, snappy finish while perle and tettnanger hops create a spicy, herbal hop aroma. The result is an incredibly clean yet complex lager.

Munich Helles Lager/ 4.9% ABV

 stone jindia

Be sure to crook that elbow of yours, for one gloriously refined swig! You’ll find that another is certain to follow as if by divine influence. Good for everything a beer ought to be good for. Beware of Jindia Pale Ale counterfeits from hucksters and mountebanks, and accept only this genuine article.

 Shocktop white

Shock Top Belgian White

This brew is a very smooth, easy drinking beer. Citrus smells and tastes, light hops and malts. Leaves palate feeling clean and crisp. Overall, an excellent white beer. Very pleasing to drink a white Belgian style beer that is not overwhelmed with coriander. Coriander taste is very very quiet, almost not there at all. A great white beer.

 New belgium fat tire

New Belgium Fat Tire

Named in honor of our co-founder's bike trip through Europe, Fat Tire Amber Ale marks a turning point in the young electrical engineer's home brewing. Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Together with co-founder Kim Jordan, they traveled around sampling their homebrews to the public. Fat Tire won fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness.

Amber Ale/ 5.2% ABV

Glasstown Lunch Pale Ale

This super light pale ale will leave you speechless and asking yourself, how did we get all that flavor in such a light beer. Well don’t worry about that and just enjoy this little piece of pale ale heaven. Extremely light and fruity, everything you could want in a session ale.

Neshaminy Creek The Shape Of Things To Come 262x272

Neshaminy Creek Shapes of Hops to Come

"Can I scream….” for more hops? You sure can. Two row American barley jammed packed with as much Apollo, Newport, Simcoe, Topaz, and Citra hops we could get our hands on, The Shape of Hops to Come is an 8.5% ABV American-styled imperial IPA hopped with Apollo, Newport, Simcoe, Topaz, and Citra hops that’s got a ton of bitterness, along with juicy, dank resiny pine-like, and citrus forward hop character that is worthy of it’s name. Ballast Point Unfiltered Extra Hopped Sculpin

Our trophy beer, extra-hopped and unfiltered.
Our Unfiltered Sculpin IPA packs extra hops into every sip, enhancing the classic Sculpin notes of fresh apricot, peach, mango and lemon with a slight haze and less bitterness. Freshness is key to every beer, but especially true for this extra-hopped IPA—store cold and drink soon.

 wyndridge crafty cider

Wyndridge Crafty Cider

From the wind-swept hills of Pennsylvania comes a true farm-crafted apple cider. Wyndridge Farm Crafty Cider is a more sophisticated beverage -crafted in a traditional Champagne style- leaving out erroneous amounts of extra sweeteners (extra sugars, extra frozen concentrates, etc.) that other ciders add. We believe in keeping it simple, by using locally pressed apples and yeast. The result is a fresh, clean, semi-sweet apple cider.

Hard Cider/ 5.5% ABV

 stone ripper

Stone Ripper

When it came to creating Ripper, we drew inspiration from the coastal surf cultures of SoCal and Oz. Sourcing classic Cascade from the Pacific Northwest and Australian Galaxy hops from…yes…Australia, we made a beer both lovers of frothy peaks and hoppy green buds will be stoked about. At the same time, we stayed true to our San Diego roots by pushing the hop boundaries of this style. While some might think it lingers on an edge far closer to an IPA, with all the dry-hop flavor and aroma, it’s actually right in line with the current-day interpretation of a West Coast pale. Ours just so happens to have an Aussie accent that’s cascading with a juicy amount of grapefruit and passion fruit hoppiness. So veg out or venture out. Either way, rip one open and taste this awesome golden nectar!

American Pale Ale/ 5.7% ABV

 southern tier nu skool

Southern Tier Nu Skool IPA

We spent over a year prototyping R&D versions of Nu Skool. This final version is one special beer. It is an IPA with a slight malty sweetness, but overall balanced & brimming with tropical, fruity, spicy, piney & citrus character. To contrast our IPA, which most closely resembles a traditional English IPA in malt & hop bills, we wanted to brew an India Pale Ale in a new way. West Coast brewers have been brewing lighter, more “Americanized,” yet still full of hop character & our brewers wanted to try their hand by brewing their take.

American IPA/ 6.0% ABV

 dominion oak barrel stout

Dominion Oak Barrel Stout

Dominion Oak Barrel Stout is rich and smooth, a draught brew so popular at our Brewup that we found a way to bottle it for a wider audience. We combine seven different malts and two hops to create a delicious stout, that we dry-hop with fresh vanilla beans and toasted oak to finish our little treasure. The result is a stout that has the bourbon barrel flavor we all enjoy, and hope you will to.

 Angry Orchard 2

Angry Orchard

Angry Orchard Crisp Apple has a bright, crisp apple flavor, just like biting into a fresh apple. It is a perfect balance of sweetness and bright acidity from culinary apples and dryness of traditional cider making apples, resulting in a complex, yet refreshing, hard cider.

  blue moon summer

Blue Moon Summer Honey Wheat

When we first opened our doors in 1995, our summer seasonal was one of the first beers we brewed. Back then, we called it Honey Blonde Ale, and it was a favorite of baseball fans coming to a game during the heat of the Colorado summer. It took an extended summer break in 1999, reappearing in 2006 in time to win a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival® under the name Blue Moon Honeymoon in the Specialty Honey Lager or Ale Category. In 2010, it became known as Blue Moon® Summer Honey Wheat Ale.

American Pale Wheat Ale/ 5.2% ABV

Cape May Sawyer Swap

An American style barley wine, very hoppy but with an ultra rich malty flavor. Use of the word" wine" is due to its similar alcoholic strength as a wine; but since it is made from grain rather than fruit, it is, in fact, a beer. This is a big beer with big flavor!

American Barleywine/ 9.6% ABV

Cape May Geek Out 3.1

Continuing our Geek Out journey, we bring you Geek Out 3.1. For Geek Out 3.0, we took half a batch of an amber-hued base beer and hopped it with a crazy amount of El Dorado hops -- a new hop for us. For Geek Out 3.1, we took the other half of that batch to our OG Sour Facility and funked it up, letting a blend of Brettanomyces and our house Saison yeast have their wild way with it. Geek Out 3.1 plays out with a delicate malt backbone balanced by an estery yeast presence.

American Wild Ale/ 7.5% ABV

 ace Apple Honey Card

Ace Apple Honey Hard Cider

Magic Hat Zirkus Boy

At first glance, Circus Boy’s German freund, Zirkus Boy, appears to be Circus Boy’s delicious doppelgänger - unfiltered, unfettered and unmatched in his liquid jest. However, upon further inspection, pronounced German Hefeweizen yeast esters of banana and clove are present as they swing over the slightest hint of lemongrass.
