Cape May Nitro Honey Porter
An English porter made with local Cape May honey. Brewed with hallertau hops the beer has restrained roasty characteristics that make it unique from stouts. Originating in England, porter evolved from a blend of beers or gyles known as “Entire.” A precursor to stout, it is said to have been favored by porters and other physical laborers.

Stone Double Bastard Ale
Originally brewed to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Arrogant Bastard Ale, Double Bastard Ale debuted in November 1998 as an amped-up version of that already aggressive beer. A huge malt bill and an unreasonable amount of hops make this ale one that will be appreciated by only a few, and that’s just fine with us. We didn’t brew this dark amber monster to please anyone other than ourselves.

Lexington Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale
Our Kentucky Ale is aged for up to six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale may also be served as an aperitif or after-dinner drink.

New Belgium Fat Tire
Named in honor of our co-founder's bike trip through Europe, Fat Tire Amber Ale marks a turning point in the young electrical engineer's home brewing. Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Together with co-founder Kim Jordan, they traveled around sampling their homebrews to the public. Fat Tire won fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness.

Cape May Demisemiseptcentennial Pale Ale
For Villanova’s 175th year, Ryan Krill ’05, Chris Henke ’05, and Bob Krill of Cape May Brewing Company have brewed Demisemiseptcentennial Ale: a Pale Ale brewed with German Pilsner malt, our House Ale yeast for its clean and easy-drinking quality, and a hefty dose of Centennial hops in the whirlpool for a floral and citrusy hop aroma. This brew is a veritable Professor of Suds, unifying all Wildcats with its drinkability, brewed with the care that only Villanovans can provide, and leaves an echo ringing from Bartley to Tolentine.

Double Nickel Deborah Sour
Aged in Malbec wine barrels for 13 months, this sour is fittingly named Debora after the mother whose 13th child was the Jersey Devil. This sour is deceptively smooth, starting with an earthy oakyness that is complimented by floral notes. Followed with a sweetness of white grapes that is taken away by a sour finish.

Shock Top Belgian White
This brew is a very smooth, easy drinking beer. Citrus smells and tastes, light hops and malts. Leaves palate feeling clean and crisp. Overall, an excellent white beer. Very pleasing to drink a white Belgian style beer that is not overwhelmed with coriander. Coriander taste is very very quiet, almost not there at all. A great white beer.

Double Nickel Mother's Barrel
Mother Leeds took a 6-month vacation in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels and came out on the other side as Mothers Barrel. The complex combination of a rich chocolate start with hints of molasses and oak is carried by a bready back bone to a mild bourbon finish that evolves after the sip has left your mouth. Some may say that it invokes the taste and aroma of chocolate chip pancakes covered in maple syrup.

Alpine Pure Hoppiness
So mega-hopped it will take you to hop heaven. We’ve used hops in the boil, more hops in the giant hopback, and added to that, an incredible amount of dry-hopping for that cutting-edge “hop bite.” Once you’ve tasted this unique beer, all others pale in comparison.

Southern Tier PumKing
Pumking is an ode to Púca, a creature of Celtic folklore, who is both feared and respected by those who believe in it. Púca is said to waylay travelers throughout the night, tossing them on its back, and providing them the ride of their lives, from which they return forever changed. Brewed in the spirit of All Hallows Eve, a time of the year when spirits can make contact with the physical world and when magic is most potent. Pour Pumking into a goblet and allow it’s alluring spirit to overflow. As spicy aromas present themselves, let it’s deep copper color entrance you as your journey into this mystical brew has just begun. As the first drops touch your tongue a magical spell will bewitch your taste buds making it difficult to escape the Pumking.

This straw colored pour is topped with a pillow-y white head that hits the nose with a pleasant fruity aroma. The opening flavors are highlighted by cloves, banana, and just a touch of citrus. Allagash Hoppy Table Beer
While Hoppy Table Beer was inspired by the Belgian tradition of low-ABV, easily drinkable beers, it still occupies a hop-forward spot all its own. Brewed with our 2-row malt blend, Maris Otter malt, and oats, the beer is then spiced with a subtle addition of coriander. We ferment it with our house yeast for classic Belgian citrus aromas. Hoppy Table Beer is hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Comet, and Azacca hops, then dry hopped with more Comet and Azacca. A mildly hoppy aroma full of grapefruit springs from this straw-colored, light-bodied ale. Flavors of pine and stone fruit balance the beer’s clean, slightly bitter finish.

Fegley's Rude Elf Reserve 2015 Release
After being harassed by elves in the toy workshop and the reindeer in the stables, Rudy found his true calling in Santa’s brew house. Keeping his edge and focusing his talents, this elf created a spicy holiday brew that became a Christmas legend of its own. This fabulous holiday ale was first developed and brewed in 1999 at the Bethlehem Brew Works under original head brewer (and co-owner) Jeff Fegley. The Fegley family thought it was appropriate to create a spiced beer to help us celebrate in the City.

We have added natural raspberry flavor to our UFO Hefeweizen to create this beer. Consistent with the hefeweizen style, this beer is unfiltered and cloudy with a solid foamy head. UFO Raspberry has a distinctive, hazy rose color. The scent of fresh raspberries hits the nose immediately, along with a subtle bready aroma from the wheat and yeast. The body is light and the unfiltered yeast provides a soft mouthfeel. The taste of the fruit compliments the beer nicely, neither overwhelms the other. There is a faint sweetness on the palate, which finishes cleanly in a semi-dry, tart finish.

Heavy Seas Winter Storm
Winter Storm may be Hugh's favorite beer in the Heavy Seas catalogue. Our winter ale draws on hops from the West Coast and the UK for its pronounced bitterness. A mix of pale and darker malts give it its tawny color and its bigger body. True to the style, Winter Storm's aroma is nutty malts and earthy hops. This is a perfect fall beer, especially because of its warming qualities.
